Live Arrival Guarantee
Color Aquatics Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy
Live arrival is guaranteed only on next day delivery by Courier or same day delivered by Air cargo.
We must be contacted immediately via email (coloraquatics@gmail.com) in case of a problem and photos of the fish in the sealed bag (i.e. bag with our bands) in case of DOA.
Our GUARANTEE ends once the original bands have been removed and the bag is opened, there is NO GUARANTEE of any type on any fish. We have no control over how the fish is treated afterwards (i.e. we are not responsible for acclimation mistakes, inexperience, wrong water parameters, or mishandling of fish etc.).
Color Aquatics will guarantee your fish purchase to arrive alive and healthy to your door or Airport as agreed during the time of purchase, In the rare event of any loss, Color Aquatics will replace the fish or give you a store credit for the purchase amount of the fish excluding shipping costs. No refunds - store credit only. Guarantee does not cover any shipping or handling charges.
Guarantee is voided if
- your shipment is not received immediately upon delivery (1st attempt by the courier).
- you don't report the loss of your fish within 2 hours of receiving them.
- you fail to report any physical damage to the package at the time of delivery.
